CANCELLATION POLICY

NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN. Please make sure to cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. Your booking fee is good for ONE reschedule if also given 48 hours or more notice. ♥︎SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will have a fee of $25. ♥︎NO CALL NO SHOWS will result in a fee of 50% of the service that was booked on top of the deposit and will be banned from booking. ♥︎LATE POLICY. Appointment will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late. ♥︎COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP will be given if given notice of problems with your lashes within 48 hours or less of your appointment. ♥︎NO REFUNDS. No refunds on any payments given for a service performed. If you're unhappy with your lashes I will gladly provide a FREE removal.
